Rippletech offers you a 2-years warranty on all of the hardware components of its devices. The warranty starts from the date of the original retail purchase. Besides, the warranty can further be extended for a year. However, if the purchase date exceeds the time frame of 3-months then the company will thoroughly inspect the device before ratifying the extension. The warranty covers only the hardware products manufactured by or for the “RIPPLE TECH INDUSTRIES” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The warranty does not apply to any software, third parties hardware; damages due to accident, wear and tear, misuse, and maintenance services other than RIPPLE TECH.
